AIM: Safe Harbor Agreement: Processor on
Behalf
AIM is a participant in the DMA's Safe Harbor Program.
American International Mailing, Inc. (AIM) provides Canadian and international mailing services which sometimes includes computer services designed to increase the deliverability of the client's mail. In some cases, AIM addresses the mail pieces from files provided by our customers. This data generally is limited to Company Name, Contact Name, Title and complete address.
AIM abides by the Safe Harbor Principles developed by the US Department of Commerce and the European Commission in services rendered to clients that use personal data.
AIM receives personal data transferred from the EU to the US
as a Data Processor on behalf of our clients, who act as the Data Controller.
All information is owned and controlled by our clients. Processes performed
by AIM on behalf of the client are pursuant to the instructions of that client.
AIM may use the services of third party data processors to process personal
data in accordance with purposes identified for such personal data by the applicable
client.
